We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Stocking Associates at ALDI. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by stocking shelves, ensuring merchandise displays are neat, and contributing to the overall store appearance.

Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Processes customer purchases and provides exceptional customer service.
- Stocks shelves neatly and monitors inventory accuracy.
- Adheres to cash policies to minimize losses.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stocks shelves and ensures fresh products are available.
- Creates well-merchandised displays following planograms.
- Operates machinery safely and follows all procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and work in a team environment.
- Effective time management and good verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
