Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure top-notch customer service. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with team members and management to uphold ALDI's high standards and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist in inventory management and maintain store security

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Proficiency in using store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
