Job Description
As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a welcoming retail environment.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and support customers during their shopping journey.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
- Ability to perform general cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
