We are looking for a dedicated individual to join ALDI as a Store Manager Trainee. In this full-time role, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a successful career in retail leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure top-tier customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• 3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate effectively, and drive performance.
• Experience in cash handling, equipment operation, and inventory management.
• Flexibility to travel for training within divisional requirements.
