We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Store Management Trainee at Aldi. As part of this role, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of managing a store, preparing you for a successful career in retail management. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing operational strategies, and mentoring your team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $105,000

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement company strategies and foster a sense of teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store presentation and product quality.
• Manage staff schedules, hiring processes, and training initiatives.
• Monitor store budget, performance metrics, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a management role.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, personnel, and operational tasks effectively.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
