Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join ALDI as a Store Management Trainee. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you to lead your own store successfully. Responsibilities include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while fostering team growth.
