Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Merchandise displays and maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory levels and report issues to management.
- Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate store equipment and follow company policies.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
