Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant at ALDI to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Type

Full-Time | 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and safely
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent | Prior retail experience preferred
