Join our team at ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. Working closely with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and stocking tasks
• Operate the cash register and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous service
• Skills in operating equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Prior experience in retail is advantageous
