We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and support team collaboration
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company procedures and contribute to a secure store environment
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Experience in retail operations is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
