Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, operate the cashier, and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management, report issues to management, and follow company policies.
• Operate equipment efficiently and follow safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operational knowledge of cash registers, equipment, and store procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
