Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a pleasant environment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to enhance store performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience a plus.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
