Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your role will involve enhancing the overall customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration with the Aldi team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
  • Comply with company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail settings preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
