Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring operational excellence.

$18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of operating equipment and following company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
