Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will help create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
