Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a critical part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Working closely with the ALDI team, you will uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory checks and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to interpret company policies and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred prior experience in a retail setting.
