Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.
• Operate equipment and maintain store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
