Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Work with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with the ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating equipment such as cash registers and maintaining store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience a plus.
