Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with the Aldi team to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, giving feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment accurately.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
