Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
