Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
