Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, handling customer transactions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
