Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrating our core values and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
