Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will uphold our standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
