Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Starting Wage
$17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining document security
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency with cash register and store equipment operation
- Skilled in general cleaning tasks and following policies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is advantageous.
