Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a high standard of appearance and customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and participate in store counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties up to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
