Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital member of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and product displays efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow cash policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
