Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $17.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute tasks in alignment with ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Provide feedback to management on product issues and inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Previous retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
