Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will merchandise products, assist customers, carry out cashiering duties, and maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management by participating in counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
