Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This is a full-time position offering 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain the store's cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Assist customers during their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management policies.
• Comply with company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
