Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with the team and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures
• Adhere to security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus
