Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a key part of the store team, you will handle various responsibilities, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper stocking of shelves.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with the store team.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues to management.
  • Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company policies, maintain security of documents and data, and perform assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older and possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience advantageous.
