Job Description

As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Collaborating with the Aldi team, you will elevate the customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) expected for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operations, and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
