Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Meet all state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
