Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. From cashiering to stocking shelves, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and handle customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise displays are well-maintained.
• Collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
