Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with team members, provide feedback to management, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance during the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses and maintain security.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store looks its best at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
