Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products on shelves.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer needs.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
