Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi’s team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
