Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are neatly displayed, and customers receive outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and restock shelves
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is an asset
