Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members and management to maintain store standards and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and store cleaning.

• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
