Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will ensure a top-notch customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures while maintaining document security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Proficient in cleaning duties and adherence to policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work both independently and within a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience desirable
