Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate professionalism, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Support inventory management, adhere to cash handling procedures, and follow company policies.
• Execute store inventory counts, provide feedback on products, and participate in store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience beneficial.
