Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Assist with inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Experience in retail environments is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
