Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role will involve collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow established company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
