Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your role will involve collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
