Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and ensure document security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Strong customer service and cash register operation skills
• Aptitude for equipment operation and general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
