Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations and providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Team Member, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and contribute to the store's success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring document and data security
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills
• Work well independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Compliance with state and local regulations for handling alcoholic beverages
