Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and stocking products on shelves.
• Operating the cash register and handling customer transactions.
• Ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
• Participating in inventory counts and monitoring inventory levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
