Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and offers exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and inventory procedures.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
