Store Team Member

Job Description

As a Store Team Member at ALDI, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Help with inventory tasks and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
